How does GigFaster work?

GigFaster combines modern email marketing techniques with booking gigs. Enter the venue name and email address then use our proven templates to create a GigCampaign.

Your GigCampaign will send an email to the venue and follow up until you get a response or the GigCampaign ends.

It’s automated so the tedious task of scheduling follow ups and remember when to send emails is taken care of.

Do you offer contests to get gigs?

No. We do not offer contests to get gigs.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, but there is a 7-day money back guarantee.

Will GigFaster work on my mobile device?

Yes and no. GigFaster will work on your mobile device, but it was designed to be used on a computer, laptop, or tablet.

Do I have to worry about my email being marked as spam?

No. All email is sent through your connected Gmail account. We do not offer bulk emailing. All email is sent directly to the venue email you entered for the GigCampaign.

Do I need a Gmail account?

Yes. All email is sent through your Gmail account that you connect to GigFaster. This assures the highest delivery rates.

Managing Your Account

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes! If at any point during the first 7 days you’re unsatisfied for any reasons, we will gladly refund you 100% of your payment.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Any balances will be prorated.

How do I cancel my account?

Log into https://gigfasterapp.com. Click on “My Account”  and then “Membership”. Then click the Close Account button.

What payment types do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted. All payments are handled and secured using Stripe’s PCI compliant secure servers. Companies like Target, Facebook, and Under Armor also use Stripe to power their payments. Your information is in good hands.
